Obviously, the greatest songwriting duo of the the 80's is known for just that - the 80's. Incredibly catchy pop songs that everyone looks back on with a snicker.....but pre-hot producers and pre-hot pink in the '70's Hall and Oates was pretty much straight Philadelphia R & B, and actually pretty good.....if your in the right mood that is...
